Code 4 Vilnius - Car Plate Reader

The idea is to install devices on trolleybuses that captures images of vehicles inside bus-only lane and send them to the server. Using plate recognition software, server will detect whether image contains plates, if yes, it will send them to be confirmed by human operator. If it is obvious that vehicle in front has violated bus-only lane rules, images, time, coordinates will be collected and sent out to Vilnius RAO (Register of Administrative Offenses).
