Drugs: Where, When, How and Why

Drugs use is an inescapable attribute of contemporary society. During this presentation, I will invite workshop participants to address various questions about drug use. I will also address questions like:

• drug use news in Lithuania
• harm reduction
• a possibility of a sober society

(This will be the third year in a row I am talking about this topic in the NTA)
