I read the book last year "Sprint: How to Solve Big Problems and Test New Ideas in Just Five Days" by Jake Knapp, and i have a story to tell how i used this method in corporate environment. My presentation is not kind of success story or lessons learned or cons and pros. This presentation is my thoughts how typical enterprise projects are killing engineers potential and how the potential could be revealed by just braking the rules and letting people do what they actually want.
