  3. Rope and basic knots
  4. Safeguard

PRACTICE (two people at a time)

  1. Go up on vertical rope with ascend tool
  2. Go down with descend tool
  3. Protect your friend
Requirements for attendees

I will provide only standard size harness. If You are very small or very big please borrow harness from Your friends or rent it. Don't be drunk, value your life and listen carefully to trainer.
